How to remove Canonet GIII Leather and Badge.

How do i remove the leather on my Canonet GIII? My order from camera leather arrived and I want to remove the leather on my camera. There is no peeling yet on the current leather. And how do I remove the GIII badge?

The GIII badge is glued on over a rectangular cut in the leather (there's no bolt or anything). It should just pop off.

Use a fine pointed tool to lift a corner to begin. Once you have that lifted you can just pull it off.
Sometimes it's easier with a little rubbing alcohol or vodka and a sharp scraper of some sort to work it off
X-Acto makes a square blade. If you already have the handle that works well. This blade also works well for lifting the leather.
