    Interest in Architectural Photography Workshop

I'm posting to get a feel for interest in a workshop I may be hosting/organizing in Feb. 2007 or thereabouts.

Instructor will be Carlos Von Frankenburg, an assistant to Julius Schulman for nearly 20 years. Carlos also did his own thing for nearly ten until he gave it up to "have a life" as he put it.

Workshop would be located in Riverside, CA (So Cal) and would be one day with instruction, Q&A, and take place outdoors. Participants would learn many tricks of the trade and hear several "One Shot Schulman" stories to boot.

I anticipate cost per participant to be around $150-$200 each with a total of up to ten participants. Carlos will be forwarding me his creds/bio for official posting as well as a class outline in the next month or so.

I think this is a rare opportunity to learn from one who has vast experience and world travels.

Accommodations will also be listed at official posting time.

If this sounds like something you'd participate in, please email me your interest and/or questions at:
mpblais@mpbcs.com or post to this thread.

    Thanks,
    Matt

    Arcitectual photo workshop

Would love to attend an architectual photography workshop but Riverside Calif for just one day is pretty well out of my reach i.e the workshop time couldn't justify the travel expense for me as I am in Seattle.
A week long affair with protfoloi review etc. would be easier to justify to my wife.
Its a great idea and a great guest teacher I hope the workshop subject idea catches on and we can see more offered in this field.
    No escaping it!
I must step on fallen leaves
    to take this path
