Fine Focus Workshops on Vermont Public Radio
Some time ago, a guy interviewed Richard Ritter and me in Harmony Parking Lot in Brattleboro, VT on the Sunday morning of a Fine Focus Workshop. He was from Vermont Public Radio, and had a pretty nifty little digital recorder, even if he did have to go find batteries.
Well, post production took longer than anyone expected. Nevertheless, "Vermont Edition" on VPR will have a short piece on “Old Style Large Format Cameras” tomorrow sometime between noon and 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Don’t fret. If you miss it, it will be available as an MP3 download at www.vpr.net.
It’s a contribution towards Richard’s and my 15 minutes of fame.

I sounded smarter than I look. It was a nice piece!

Very nice, too bad it was at the very end though.

So I guess I shouldn't have been wishing there was some video to go with it?
Nice piece indeed!

No, no video. That was the year before when we had some little old lady believing that we were using the big cameras to make a movie, and that I was George Lucas. I was shameless that day, but it was just too tempting to lay on the bull. She went into the coffee shop and told everybody.
Some poor dad came out asking for Mr. Lucas' autograph in his young son's children's book. "Who's gonna know?" we said. A friend autographed it: "May the Force be with you! George Lucas." Hey, it's all about fantasy anyway, isn't it?

Bruce,
Do you have a direct link for your radio piece?
