You got a great excuse to goto Vegas now!

Terrific news. And a lot closer to Phoenix for me. Any news on 'new' products? OR, change in business/strategy?

I haven't heard too much. Just that:

    a) According to forum poster "fotoimpex" (who, I think, we can trust to know about such things ) Fotimpex expects to continue their relationship with J&C Photo.

    b) J&C continues to post updates on the Kodak TMY ULF orders.

So not a lot as far as what their retail catalog may look like come 9/1. Personally, I think we may be expecting too much if we think that all the previous products (possibly minus Forte) would be available immediately after they open. We will just have to see.

I think J&C has been pretty reasonable in posting status updates every 2-3 weeks.

Can you imagine the next generation of Las Vegas mishaps? "Dude, I was so f--- loaded in Vegas, that when I woke up I was married with a hooker, I had the ace of spades up my bum, a cowboy hat full of puke, and twenty boxes of 12x20 Adox 100 film, what the...?"
Using film since before it was hip.

Vegas! How cool is that! They'll have to have backup backup refrigeration with all the emulsion chilling when it's 110 outside.

They did mention they'd be stocking new products, so I'm gonna be curious about that for the next few months, but good news I'd say. J&C is still quite convenient for me, and I'm in Australia.

Yeah...I guess we should be happy they will open in another 6 months and will have only been closed for 10 months.
