Default No more 11x14 arista edu ultra

Sadly, Freestyle told me they will no longer carry Arista edu ultra (foma) in 11x14 at least. Where else could you get big sheet film at a little over 3 bucks a sheet It would be sweet if the new arista "premium" were available as economically as the ultra was. I guess it was too good to last

A note from their representative.

I am replying to your inquiry about the Arista EDU Ultra 11x14 film.
Unfortunately, this item was discontinued by our manufacturer and we are
no longer able to get it. If you need 11x14 film your options are now
Illford, Efke or Bergger films.

They had one box left when I last checked which was about 3 weeks ago. I thought I would get it but changed my mind. I'll have to use Efke.

Since the 11x14 film is the same film, just cut to larger size, it would seem to me that (lack of) sales volume would be the only reason to discontinue it.

I would have to agree, but they should have known that Guillaume and I were getting our 11x14's ready to go and made it just for us! Yeh, right!

I purchased 125 sheets a couple months ago and was just feeling comfortable with it, and now I have to start over.
Oh woe is me
