Thanks for taking the time to offer up the analog interest for us that have no means to attend. It is very good news to hear.

Interesting - for a while (post-Kodak deal ending) it looked like they had dropped off the film map. By chance did they say anything about their B&W offerings? For a while now the SHD100 still seems to be available on eBay, but SHD400 seems to have disappeared.

Also, did they say anything about distribution outside of China (other than eBay sellers)?

Appreciate your summary! My guess is that it is much better than what the Photo Mag coverage will be.

Another thanks for your overview of this year's Photokina. I did the same for PMA a few years ago, and I think it's very important that whenever APUG members attend these kinds of events that they post a report from our perspective, because it's not getting covered elsewhere.

I'll chime in here. Thanks for the report. I'm looking forward to buying and trying a few of these, particularly the Maco Aura lookalike. Despite Aura's QC issues, it has been one of my favourite IR films.

Cheers,

Yes, greatly appreciated, as David says, we just don't get this information in magazines anymore.

Interesting bit about Harmon Technology.

Great report. Thanks for taking the time. Am I the only person that doesn't know why Harmon wasn't there? So what gives?
