Yes... Change that to "were doing well".

The point was that they dropped the loss making branch before it pulled them down.
Doesn't guarantee that what they are left with will be a success in the end.

It seems they have some more of those...EBIT of segments Health Care, Specialty Products and Agfa Gevaert are obviously in freefall... and as I said, this crisis will seriously affect the graphics industry (ask your local newspaper for details, if it still exists).

Nope. It was their EBIT: earnings before interest and taxes, and that is not necessarily connected with the stock price.

Yes, I am very sceptical about petitions too. Especially in this case where at least 5 companies are involved.

Jenoptik's move away from Sinar and the Hy6 means a definitive end to the Hy6 in whatever guise.
Petitioning Leaf/PhaseOne will not result in anything at all, except a confirmation that there is no hope and that it's over.
