    Purple nitrile gloves

I have for years used 'Safeskin' powder free purple nitrile goves (Kimberly-Clark) in the darkroom, available at my local Walgreen's. Walgreen's has discontinued the product. They now sell only house branded (blue) that are very flimsy and shred when attempted to be used in the darkroom. The local CVS carries only vinyl and latex. Same for the local Wally-mart. Am I missing something here - did Kimberly-Clark go bankrupt??

Are there any sources left in the US for darkroom suitable purple nitrile gloves?

Not a darkroom supplier, but Lee Valley sells two thicknesses of gloves.

Home depot or ask ur kindly pharmacist to order some from their distributer.... Usually takes 24 business hours... Oh and be kind and don't use the drive thru.... It annoys us pharmacists :-)

I buy my Nitrile gloves from Galls.com they are a major Police, Fire, & Emergency Services supplier. Good prices, fast shipping and many choices.
