LOL, its a "ELMWOOD ENLARGER" !

I have no idea if it IS a 5x7, but it looks like one...

For what it's worth, it looks like the 5x7 Elwoods in my 1947 Minicam Photography list. The smaller ones don't have the same shape head, or the crank on the left.
