Default Chicagoland area subforum?

Is there enough interest in the midwest for a Chicago & 'burb subforum?

Shaggy,
I'm interested, it sounds like a great idea. Thanks Sean for doing this when you can find the time.

It seems a few of us are on the west side of Chicago. I'm in Naperville.

I would be interested.

Incidentally, I was extremely disappointed by my visit to the Art Institute last week. Very little space for photography, and what they did have up was 90% recent color stuff (including ink jet prints) by obscure photographers. Would they take down their French Impressionist paintings in order to make room for new artists? I don't think so.
