I got Lautent's postcard too. Thank you very much. The padded elephant looks like living. very bizarre.

    welcome, late arrivals...

    from
boxbrownie, "pelicans at port macquarie" - guess they've claimed the spot!
katrin bechhold, a repro of a very nice tintype, detailed and graphic....
brucs mccaughey/steelbar, "a peaceful place", a very appealing image, and on this warm day, want to wade right in!

thank you, also for your commitment to complete!

One more postcard from this exchange: Jake Willam's "wondering and dreaming". I like this print very much. Amazingly, I don't know what I'm looking at, even though I can guess. But it really does not matter, because every time I look at this photo a memory from one of my dreams come to me, as if I'm going somewhere on a train via trans-Siberian railway; I'm looking outside of the fogged and dirty window and seeing the Pyramids of Giza passing by. I know, it makes not sense whatsoever, but that's the feeling I get looking at this picture

Postacards from Bluejeh and Bluejeh2 came in today's mail. Nifty Heron from Bluejeh2 and an etheric detail of sails from Bluejeh. Much appreciated, thank you very much!

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming– “Wow! What a Ride!”

    Nice surprise

Yes, thanks for hanging in and getting the two cards out! I haven't participated in any subsequent exchanges, so the cards filled a widening void. Nice to see them join my corkboard gallery.
