"He took to writing poetry and visiting the elves: and though many shook their heads and touched their foreheads and said 'Poor old Baggins!' and though few believed any of his tales, he remained very happy till the end of his days, and those were extraordinarily long "- JRR Tolkien, ' The Hobbit '.

Received my first two cards today.

Beautiful tones in Mick Fagan's Billilla House and I like the compostional effect of the tree on the right.

A great fun card from Ingo Bohn - or is it Ruediger? Very creative and well executed.

Mine are in the post this evening.

    Three 'cards arrived today

One from Rudiger or mayby Ingo which I like a lot and look forward to part 2 from Ingo or Rudiger.

Another from Mike Fagan - Stunning picture beautifully printed

and finally BlackDog's winter landscape; not a lot of the white stuff down here in Cornwall ever. Great image.

I got a very nice postcard from Maine today. Thank you Mark_S.

I'm not sure on the protocal for describing images so I won't.

I didn't include as much technical information on mine as Mark did. So, recipients...mine is FP4+ and 510-Pyro 1:500 with a Super Angulon 90mm and no filter. Printed on MGIV glossy postcard paper in Zone VI dev 1:3.

I've received my first card of this round from Mark_S: very nice. I like the subtle tonal range.
