hwv's bricked doors. The image is almost abstract, with lots of details, and is nicely printed. I really like it !
Black Dog's Arrochar Forest 3 : nice view of a sculpture. Again, lots of details, but also a lovely bokeh on the background...
Thanks to you three !
Thanks! Used a cheapie Seagull TLR from Mr Cad for that
"He took to writing poetry and visiting the elves: and though many shook their heads and touched their foreheads and said 'Poor old Baggins!' and though few believed any of his tales, he remained very happy till the end of his days, and those were extraordinarily long "- JRR Tolkien, ' The Hobbit '.

My cards went into the mail yesterday. At last. I apologise for my delay.
Now, there might be a few more days of delay, as the Dutch postal services will be catching up (in this already busy December month) after a three-day-strike last week. There will also be one more day of strike this week, but I hope by then the cards are already out of the country.
In short, 25 of you can expect my card within one or two weeks.
Now... where do I sign up for round 22?

Have Allen Friday's great "Steam Locomotive" smoking round the corner.

I posted my cards Monday afternoon so hopefully they will arrive before the Christmas cards.
When you'll receive the cards, you'll notice that unfortunately they are far from being flat: I dried and tried to flatten them my usual way (drying slowly between two layers of heavy towels, then ironing them and then keeping them under a heavy old military ammo box for more than a week), this time without luck.
I'd like to apologise for posting my cards this late and at the same time thank you all on my list for your patience.
I can't add too much to the comments of the others, I would like to thank everyone whose card I already received.

22 cards received so far. I commented on the first half dozen a while back here's what I've received in the last few weeks, in no special order.
anikin lovely colour photo of mind(camera) controlling jellyfish. They just made it happen.
gurkenprinz amazing car, I wonder what the driver is looking at. I wonder if the images in the background a ghosts from the car's past.
Black Dog Old house dreaming, too neat window sill for may taste, it would be piled with books in my house..
bwakel hills and winding road, just the kind of place I'd like to drive down after a rain.
MattKing "The Shadow Follows" of the birch and mowed lawn. Sadly the birches in my backyard will never reach that size, the wind storm took them over the weekend.
amiett a very calming lake and mountains. Just the view I'd love to have out my window.
Mike c Walt Disney concert hall. a great night time shot, the toning brings it alive. I just wish the post office had treated it better.
BoxBrownie "Abandoned Playground" a somewhat haunting image, I wonder if it still squeaks of long ago children playing.
nige card of running water and lots of stamps. One of my own favorites is of running water over some stones. I'd guess we all have one of these in our files.
Hwv a simple but interesting image, makes you want to know what goes on behind that wall.
Oxleyroad circuit board. Early in my career I repaired many a circuit board like that. I too spent many an hour stripping down old equipment for parts as a kid. Except they were pre IC, my father would buy WW2 surplus gear for parts to support his HAM radio gear.
Crispen "Slices of Southsea" a most fitting postcard, that would fit right in on the boardwalk.
Laurent card of a sewing machine from the days when machines were as much art work as functional.
JJB upturned boats, just longing to get back in the water.
Valerie interesting Martin House, just waiting for some tenants, or are they hiding in the mists?
RAI very nice colour pinhole image. I don't know if I'd be brave enough to mount it on a pink card, but really does work with the image.
That's about it so far, about half way there. I do hope my cards have made it around the world safely. I'm afraid I may have used up most of the world's supply of paper from the 1940's. I wonder what's in the mailbox today.

Received what I assume is Lori's "sunrise on the farm" card in the mail (no signature, but I think I recognize the handwriting).

Woops! I forgot to sign them! Yes, that is from me. Tried to catch the glowing of the trees in the morning sun. Didn't quite turn out like I was hoping!

Also received that same unsigned card. I hadn't gotten round to analysing the handwriting yet, but now I know, thanks to the posts above.
Thanks, Lori!

So I assumed right also !
During the last three days, I received :
Lori's Sunrise on the farm. The place looks very nice !
Allen Friday's locomtive. Perfect composition, even the steam is in the right place (what's your trick ?) and very nice printing. My problem now, I guess, is to explain my son that this one's for me...
BoxBrownie's Abandoned playground. Very nice composition, and lighting.
Thanks to you three !

I received Aron's card today. Lovely urban shot, in a very complex environment which makes it quite intriguing.
Thanks Aron !
