Art, count me in for the print exchange. I won't be at the conference.

I'll participate, if no one objects to a color image. I'll be at the conference.

I really like the color images that I have seen from APUG members; I just wish that I had the time and money to do Ilfochromes like you guys! I'm working on it, but so far my work is all black and white...

    No problem Robert!

Your colour work is beautiful and to receive a colour print from you would be fortunate. I think that whatever kind of work you do, is what you exchange. I'm still trying to decide if I should send a fibre print or a RC one. And then there's the size?
    On 8 x 10 paper or 11 x 14?

I would like to join in again... won't be able to make it to the conference, though.

    Jeremy,

What happened to the rest of your Japan trip? You stopped posting about it. Did you shoot lots of film? Sorry for being so nosy but I enjoyed reading your travel posts about your trip.

Yep, shot lots of film, but an over-enthusiastic x-ray operator jumped the base-fog of my negatives into the stratosphere so I am still trying to print successfully. Today I have started contact printing them on silver as 2 hour exposures in the UV box weren't enough to print through the fog

That's too bad, Jeremy! I'm sure that was very upsetting.

I'm having nightmares about when I go to China and try to shoot B&W Infrared film and not have to have any of my film x-rayed or have anyone take the exposed film out of the black plastic film canisters. I am considering sending all my exposed film back to Canada via DHL in Shanghai to Vancouver.

I hope you can do something to be able to print your exposed film successfully. I bet someone on APUG can give you some good advice. I wish you good luck and sorry about those x-rays!

    BWKate
