    Wooooooooo Hoooooooooooo!

That's fantastic news Shawn.. thank you for the update. And kudos to the Manitoban banana just the sweetest??

As for Camera 8.2... After a little mooching about, it appears Simplicius hasn't been active on Apug since May so any messages to him here would be unfortunately un-read. However There was activity on his Facebook account, where I've messaged him again, as recently as this afternoon.
I'm hoping he responds there and we all get to see our shots finally.

As for the latex glove.. I'm intrigued... anyone going to admit to it??

If you saw a man drowning and you could either save him or photograph the event...what kind of film would you use?

The impetus for the glove came from Part 1 of this thread - see posts 635 and following: http://www.apug.org/forums/forum184/...ra-8-a-16.html

“Photography is a complex and fluid medium, and its many factors are not applied in simple sequence. Rather, the process may be likened to the art of the juggler in keeping many balls in the air at one time!”

So all of us donning the same diseased glove was supposed to help?

I think I'll go and disinfect now.

Aaaaah... sheesh it's that long ago since that whole conversation happened, I'd forgotten it ever did!
I am rather glad I don't have to use it however...

The icing on this cake will be seeing the pictures from camera 8.1 (and 8.2 for that matter), although it will be hard to beat the saga of camera 8.1

What blows my mind is the 25,500+ views these threads have accumulated.

Not quite. I heard an old guy break wind on the elevator the other day though.

And before you ask, no, it wasn't me.
