    Any suggestions for shipping to Canada from the U.S.? USPS-Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, unladen european swallow...?

    USPS is best. All parcels are transferred to dog sled at the border by Mounties.

    Reminds me of a USFS park ranger in Big Sur in the mid 70s. Looked like, sounded like, and acted like Dudley D.
