I am beginning to resent being referred to as 'half-fast'.
    Whatever that's supposed to mean.

“Photography is a complex and fluid medium, and its many factors are not applied in simple sequence. Rather, the process may be likened to the art of the juggler in keeping many balls in the air at one time!”

    A French Leica?
I do use a digital device in my photographic pursuits when necessary.
When someone rags on me for using film, I use a middle digit, upraised.

The Olympus is on the move again. Well, probably just sitting in a closet at my local postoffice until it is put into a van or truck or on the back of a unicorn on Monday, but anyway: it is out of my hands now, and once more in the hands of the postal workers. Let's hope they get it safely to Denmark.

    Time to talk about chicken...

Such an avalanche of good news !

It's time to publish a chicken recipe, in order to bring the Postal Gods goodwill on us :

    ***************************
Chicken in wrapped foil with cantaloupe and coconut milk.

    Yield : For 4 servings.
    Preparation Time : 10 min
    Cook Time : 15 min

    Ingredients :
    4 white breasts of chicken
    1 Cantaloupe melon
    1 Green Lime
    10 cl coconut milk
    Olive Oil
    Salt, pepper.

    1°) Preheat oven to 200 degrees C ( About 390 F°)
    Dice the chicken.
Part Cantaloupe in four quarters, remove skin and seeds, then cut each quarter into thin strips.
    Cut Lime in thin strips.

2°) Cut four squares of sulfurised paper, about 30x30 cm (12"x12")
In center, put chicken dices, cantaloupe chunks, and lime strips.
Salt it, pepper it, then drizzle with olive oil.
Close the sulfurised paper wrapping foil, and place in oven for 15 minutes.

3°) Out of oven, open the wrapped foil and pour a little coconut milk on the preparation.
    Serve immediatly.

My suggestion of beverage : a little tricky to do that with this kind of plate, it depends upon your taste !
Cote-du-Rhone Villages, or any red corsed wine (a California Merlot from Gallo may be fine )

    ***************************

Translated from French, hope it's fully understandable. Don't hesitate to ask in the contrary.

Do they have to be French Coconuts?
