Catoctin Mountain
This is a wonderful park in Thurmont, MD, just north of Frederick. It is definitely worth the trip if you enjoy photohiking as much as I do. Some of the hikes are quite strenuous, but I love that kind of workout. Chimney Rock and the Blue Mountain overlook are outstanding views, and the nearby Cunningham Falls is gorgeous. Will be heading back there this weekend with my Mamiya RB 67.

Yeah its really nice there, the cliffs are a killer for me though lol, take the easy path to the falls :P

that is a beautiful area. I spent 2 weeks a year for 4 years at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg.
