Count me in if I can get the time off, which is hard. The exception is that I have shitloads of rellies north of Melbourne (Trentham etc) and we're often over there for xmas and I could likely swing a daytrip.

As for timing - definitely not at the height of summer or the low of winter - Anything between late August to early December OR late Feb to end of April?

OK, so I should get to the point - I think it would be cool to have a national analogue/film/traditional photography get together. While I would love it to be in Adelaide, it seems pretty apparent that on his forum, Melbourne appears to be one of the stronger groups, hence my suggestion that we invade them.

I personally think that something casual - akin to a photo walk - would be the best idea, but I think it should be fair that we open the floor to suggestions (shows? workshops? guest speakers?).

So, anyone want to add anything? Anyone have any suggestions?
