Hydroquinone 135g
Sodium Bisulphite 400g
Pyrocatechin 25g
Sodium Carbonate 2,000g
Potassium Bromide 25g
Water to 40 litres

Times 20° C approx 10 mins

This developer is listed in a Turkish photography book. I can find no other referance to this formula.
