Are there original Holgas and not originals?

Just wondering if the Holgas sold via Lomography for 45 euros +++ are different from the others sold via Ebay for example for 20 euros, so the double price is justified.

Original Holgas were made in Hong Kong. And they don't make them anymore. So in a way, every holga nowadays is a replica.

I'd be thrilled to just to see a picture of an orginal Holga. (A quick Google search yielded nothing.)

AFAIK the "original" models had a switch for 2 apertures (sunny/cloudy), but it didn't actually do anything (there are mods to make it work, though). I believe the current Holgas have a functioning aperture switch. Beyond that, the point of the Holga is that the plastic lens has variable flaws, so each one is somewhat unique anyway.
i can't wait to take a picture of my thumb with this beautiful camera.
