I just realised the Lions Test match kicks off at 2.00 -- If there any more rugby heads can we relocate to a nearby pub so we can kill two birds with one digital camera?

IFI fine for me, Saturday at 3pm, personally I don't think it's a good idea to mix reasons for meeting and certainly wouldn't be interested in trying to have our first discussion with a rugby match in competiton, June

IFI is fine for me too. See you then...

EDIT: If the weather is good I might try to make it in for 1:30 and go for a wander around with the Holga and shoot a role if anyone is interested, weather is to be good tomorrow in Dublin I think...

Unfortunately I cannot make it due to work, and these days I have to take whatever work I can get.

    Apologies.

    Hi All ,
I would like to be associated with the group, would not be able to attend
Dublin meet ,but support your initiative.

I have introduced myself before ,but to save searching ,I'm former chair ,now vice chair of Dungarvan CC( 55 members) and would be only delighted to help any APUGGERS that want to visit West Waterford.
Contact vicechair@dungarvancameraclub.com & check out our new website !

Am in the middle of organising our annual expo & building my garden shed darkroom.

I admire the "Leap" to an association/group,but to those adverse to clubs ,it's not generally the clubs that inmho cause problems ,but individuals who think they "Are the club".
We are just a 10 yr old club & get a lot of new members, our ethos is one of assisting the new & senior members education, facilitating the local community, assisting the Town & County Council in projects(Heritage recording etc )And when I was chairman overt seriousness was not allowed
We have a great social scene & meet for a field trip once a month as well as meetings all year round.
I have converted a few to film & hope to wean the Digi's from false B&W to REAL B&W.
I'll get a few of my pictures scanned & post them.

    Continue the good work.

    Eugene
