BAD NEWS
I'm sorry folks to have to tell you but we have to cancel our meeting in the club on 5th. November as the club are holding an open day for new members and they will need to show people around the premises etc. The date was not marked up on the club calender so I missed it. I know this does not suit Rafal and I regret this. However I've been informed that any other date in Nov. is available so I'm opting for Saturday 12th. November. How does that suit people?

BAD NEWS EXTRA
I gather that there are now 4 people who cannot attend on the new date. However I've been informed that if we held our meeting on the original date 5th. November but at a new starting time of 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM we could have the use of the club.
If this time does not suit we can have our meeting on 19th or 26th at the usual time of 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Would let me know your preference.

1. 5th Nov. 10:00 AM -12:30 PM
2. 19th Nov. 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM
3. 26th Nov. 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM

If you could let me know before next Tue. I'd be grateful.

The original date (5th) at 10am would be fine for me. If it does not suit enough people then the other dates should be ok.

Glad to hear that we are back to the 5th (at 10am). I have a last-minute request for travel to a customer in Asia that week, but I don't think it will happen, so I should be able to make it.

I have the 5th. of Nov. booked from 10:00 am. I count 9 people so far with final confirmations, so this is looking good. In the meantime I have a few prints ready to mount and I've been busy developing a backlog of films from this year. Hopefully there might be something good amongst them.
