    I agree. Why doesn't Apug organize an open competition w a well known traditional photographer/curator as juror for film only work, and have an actual show at a gallery. Sort of like Onward without all the digital stuff. What do you think?

    It could work, if one or two people were willing to organize it. We did this with the original APUG Conference.

    We also had a lot of good work come out with the article in B&W magazine (US), but it was all submitted to the editors, rather than appearing here for the first selection. I think this format, where all the submissions appear in a thread for the initial selection at least, is a good one.

    Well, this idea of showing on Fraction stemmed from this idea. I can tell you that fraction is looked at by over 35 countries on a daily basis.

    I am willing to help promote traditional photography and APUG in any way I can.
