Why, in 2007, anyone exposing black and white film would purchase anything but an Ilford product for that purpose is beyond comprehension. Bravo ILFORD Photo / HARMAN technology Limited!!!!

While I'm not a ULF photographer, I followed the other thread with interest.

Simon, you guys are great. Not just because of customer sensitivity but because of extremely quick response.

In a world where we often find ourselves frustrated in dealing with nameless, faceless bureaucracies and where even "customer service" is mostly handled through automated telephone menu systems you guys are a wonderful throw back!

Every time I load a roll of Ilford 35 or 120 I feel good!

You guys are just great. I am just a little guy, but my business will be with you for a long long time. Please do keep putting up with these ULF lunatics...

Thanks.

Simon,

You and your company continue to amaze. You, Veronica Cotter, and now Glazer's Camera have been so supportive. I will do my best to hold up my end.

Thank you very much!

Sincerely,

Rob Vinnedge

Dear Simon,

Thank you and Ilford/Harman for this wonderful gesture! Although I am not a ULF shooter, I do have an order in for 4x10 - and I don't even shoot this format now. I think I will increase my order as an appreciation of you and your company's efforts to support the film community in general and the ULF / non-standard format shooters in particular, above and beyond what is expected.

Thank you once again!

Best wishes,
Sanjay

This is a exceptionel show of commitment from Ilford. I do not shoot ULF, but I will continue to buy Ilford film (35mm and 6x6) as long as i can press a releasebutton.

Good show
