Default MCP is back !

Good news !

On monday July 6th 2008 we succesfully coated MCP 310 and 312.
The paper is now drying down and hardening. After confectioning we will be able to ship in late August.

We also plan the next coating to take place in Oktober with Shipping in November/December.

We are now officially accepting orders for the paper.

Best regards,

Mirko

Great news Mirko! Thanks for the update. Do you have an ETA on when MCC111 will be ready for coating?

MCP 111 is the glossy surface, right? What are the 310 and 312 surfaces?

Gary,

MCP 310 and 312 is resin coated. The 3 in the nomenclature signifies that.
MCC 111 is the glossy, but that's fiber based. I think that MCC is coming later in the season if I'm not mistaken.

I am sure I will try some but how about some descriptive names like "Multicontrast Glossy?" On the other hand, "ADOX MCP 310" does have an anachronistic charm to it.

Wonderful news, Mirko! Just received my tests sheets today - can't wait to get into the darkroom tomorrow to test it out. Looking forward to being able to purchase it soon.
