the publisher told me they dont take pre-orders for the 2nd edition. It is expected in March i believe and the price will be around 60 euro.
Accidently i picked up a second hand copy of the first edition here for $35 just this week, so the amazon price seems a bit overstated....

However, as of today, one can request to have their name added to a mailing list. By selecting the tab 'Where to Buy' at: http://www.waybeyondmonochrome.com
This will not generate an order, but all people on the list will get a one-time automatic announcement as soon as the book is ready.

I'm saving my pennies for this book. I borrowed Edition One several times and this is THE book every darkroom should have.
