I still have 3 copies of the 1st edition left, but if I were you, wait for edition2. It will be worth the wait. The last six years have been filled with intensive studies, research and testing.

The price setting is up to the publisher. I don't even a vote. The new edition will be available on Amazon within weeks after publication, just like the last one was. I'll keep you all posted. The manuscript is going to the printer before Christmas!
