Joking aside, the 2nd edition has almost twice the page count with many new topics and totally updated content from the 1st edition. It will also will be a hardcover book due to the 10x10-inch size. I'm sure some of this will have a consequence on price (shipping cost alone is an issue), but again, pricing is not up to me at all.

I suppose it won't be out in time to make my Christmas wish list. I have another list for my birthday in June, which I start working on early in the new year. Hint!

They are selling through the main book distributors in Europe and the US, who in turn sell to big and small book sellers. Being a speciality book, I don't expect to see it on the shelf of every bookstore though.
