Default Silver Gelatin - the book - is it really available?

As above: is this book actually available from Aurum Press? I have some trouble finding it outside of the UK.

EDIT: I sent off a mail to Aurum to ask them directly.

Default SG Definitely Available

Yes, we've had the 3'rd printing since January. It's also available from Aurum, but I expect many bookshops would treat it as a 'special order' title.

The Aurum Press customer service prompted me to look for it on amazon.com but there is no new copies there, only used ones. Sadly, I am getting the distinct impression that Aurum aren't really interested in selling their books.
