Hi Stefano,

Glad to hear you enjoy our products. Unfortunately we have not worked out any viable method for overseas shipping. At this time, our products can only be shipped via motor freight, or UPS Ground shipment. This prevents us from getting stuff overseas.

Hopefully we will be able to resolve this in the future. In the meantime, thanks for your support.

Sorry to disappoint.

I've used Sprint fixer, hardener, fixer remover and print dev. for years. I just tried your wetting agent... holy cow it's good. I've been besotted with water spotting problems on my 8x10 negs for a long time, but with your stuff... nothing, not a spot! Thanks! I'll be ordering directly from you from now on.

Hi Brian,

We are looking into the possibility of shipping to Canada. UPS will go there, but at this time we are unsure of the regulations that might affect/restrict shipping our products to Canada.

I will post more information to our APUG forum as soon as possible.

In the meantime, thanks for your interest. Glad to know we have some fans up north.

Thanks for the response. I will ask around here about the regulations.

Be sure to let us other Canadians know when you find out what the regulations are for shipping.

By the way, I heard Canada Post is looking into buying brand new dog sleds to replace the donkey carts it normally uses so who knows, it may just be possible.

Minus 30 today with a forecast of colder temps tomorrow....

No problems besides with the film and print developers in our community lab. Film developing times seem to be a little short. Chemicals seem to spoil pretty quickly compared to other products, but the pricing and economical dilutions have made it possible for us to purchase other equipment and chemistry for advanced students.
