    Meanwhile in Africa...

    Just two shots taken at work. I have very few of us sadly because firing off flashbulbs in the cabin tends to piss the crew off... I took these during my deployment in Djibouti, Africa that ended this month.

    This one was shot with a flash bulb and over all came out better then most of the digi shots:

    It's OK, but I only had one shot at it, and tried to make it count. Shot at f16 1/100s with a M5B flash bulb


    Ridding the ramp:



    Both taken with my old 4x5 Speed Graphic. The funny thing is that its been pressed back into military service. It's from the USS Alabama and seems to have been used during WWII. I need to get a few more of them scanned.

    Pretty much, it is an attention getter. I have a few more that once I get them scanned I will share them too.
