If you want a look more like Neopan, I would go for the Delta 100.

If it's the same price per sheet as the larger boxes from Kodak and Ilford (~$1.00), I may be interested, otherwise I'll be sticking with the larger boxes from other manufacturers. We all understand that sheet film sales are down, but I think the photographers still buying sheet film use reasonable quantities. Ten sheets won't get me through a day of shooting. I'd love to see 100 sheet boxes, but I accept that 50 or 25 sheet boxes are reasonable. Is there some solid market research at Fuji that supports 10 sheet boxes? Because consumers are smart enough to figure out per unit costs, and a box with fewer sheets and higher packaging costs doesn't strike me as thrifty in tough economic times.

I find ten-sheet boxes annoying as well, and slightly more expensive. I have the same complaint about Kodak Portra 400.
What I find incredibly stupid about this is that nothing new has to be made to do this. There is no reason for a delay, and there is no reason for small boxes to be the only available packaging option. All they have to do is print some labels, if that. They have the film. They have the boxes. Hell; they could just ship us the same product they are selling in Japan, without even changing *one thing*, and I am sure it would satisfy us. I do not give a crap if my label is in Japanese or English. I don't read boxes. I read data sheets, and they are available through the Fuji Website already. As long as I can read "100" or "400", I am fine.
I *personally* know at least three people who have complained about Neopan being available in Quickload only. This in one school in one suburb of L.A.
How about spending that money you were gonna spend on fancy new U.S. labels on ADVERTISING instead?

while I thank you for bringing this to the US market, ten sheet boxes just sounds ridiculous - not to mention more costly due to the added expense of packaging... and let's not get into the issue of the "footprint" this causes! I just find it hard to believe that those that will be buying this product are really looking to buy 10 sheets at a time. I would virtually guarantee that it will be purchased multiple boxes at a time... which brings us back to "footprint." Hell, I know i would even prefer (though be a whole lot less excited) about having to buy a box of 50 if no box of 20/25 were available.
I really hope that fuji reconsiders this for our wallet's and for the planet's sake! again, it really sounds incredibly unnecessary (and MASSIVELY insensitive) all that wasted packaging.
and I agree... just let freestyle bring in the japanese boxes!!!!!!!!! I don't give a damn about the writing on the box either.

I'm a 100 sheet box guy. Why spend more per sheet? I agree who cares about the language on the box.
But, to be honest, I doubt I'll move away from HP5 in 4x5.
