when will acros 4x5 be available in sheets in US?

I'm fed up with either (1) waiting for the one source I know of in the states to get stock or (2) paying extortionary shipping prices (not to mention the time) to buy from megaperls or (3) pay for the quickload when I don't need or really want a quickload...

Are there any plans to distribute the film in sheets a little more widely in the states?

    please please please

The last info I had was that the person responsible for deciding which Fuji films are imported into the US decided that Acros sheet film would not be imported.

I'm just sorry I didn't buy some up before the Yen carry trade unwound. I just checked Badger's price for a box of 20 sheets. Yow! And even at that price, they don't actually have any.

Acros 4x5 Cut Sheet - NON QL

For those of you wondering if Fujifilm has been listening to your outcries...yes we have! The 4x5/10 Cut Sheet - Non Quickload will be in the USA with USA packaging around May. It takes time to get the packagng done and the production is an issue...we've been planning on it since October. We also will have the Instant 4x5 ISO 100 B/W available in April. Contact your local dealer and ask for it by name.

Thanks for the update. The packaging is in 10 4x5 sheets per box? If that's right, I don't understand the rationale at all because it adds cost and bulk and is less convenient. Or do you mean 4x10 film?

Ten sheets per box?! Party time, peoples!!!

Seriously...Just send the Japanese boxes to Freestyle. Nobody here cares about the writing on the box, or any other such insignificant stuff.

Send us some Natura while you are at it!

Acros 4x5 Cut Sheet - NON QL

Yes...I mean's 10 sheets. The bulk is not the issue...the consumption rate is. It is a matter of economics and 4x5 usage. If more people can buy 10 sheets vs. 20 sheets then that is what is being made. It was originally 20 sheets. But it is coming.
