I haven't used Reala, but I did use the lower range of Color negative film. Very nice and good. I like Fuji's greens.
I think that it would be a no sense to discontinue this film, it seems to be quite popular and people seem to be happy of it; also, the US market is important, and getting out of there wouldn't do any help I believe. I hope that US users will have it again. It seems to be available in the EU without any problem.
About the web. The global site is still missing the B&W range.
