    Simon R Galley and Ilford

    hi
I am posting this as a follow up to my recent post about WTMG paper stain. Simon answered my post and said if I still had problem to let him know. I remade all my chem's and still had a problem so I email Simon. Simon replayed first thing Mon am asked a few question and as i had not kept the cardboard package i could not give him a lot number. NO PROBLEM Simon and Ilford are sending me a new box even tho I might have caused the paper problem no question's period they are just assuming it a defect. Now that CUSTOMER SERVICE at it's best.
    Thank you Simon and Ilford
