    Ammonium Dichromate vz Potassium Dichromate

I need a help. Can I use in bleach - for bromoil process- Ammonium Dichromate instead of Potassium Dichromate?

Here is some note it should be possible

Yes you can, you will need less ammonium dichromate than potassium to acheive the same action.

The two dichromats can be subtituted in most formulas. A general rule of thumb that I follow for substitution is as follows.

    1. If the formula calls for 100 parts of ammonium dichromate substitute 117 parts of potassium (or sodium) dichromate.

    2. If the formula calls for 100 parts of potassium (or sodium) dichromate substitute 85 parts of ammonium dichromate.
