ilford HP5 4x5 film tray develop w/Rodinal. Suggested development time.

I want to start developing HP5(hp5) in trays.
I plan on using Agfa Rodinal or equivalent. at iso 320-400
any suggested development times? and dilution? ie. 1:25 or 1:50

I am having trouble finding any acurate info on time. especially related to tray development.
Also the times I have found are conflicting.
    thanks
ps. I do not care about grain size. Only even development across shadows and highlights.

Time will need to be adjusted based on your agitation.

Gentle sloshing 10 seconds of each minute start at the listed time. Constant agitation reduce time by 15%.
