    They're still available from the UK seller, for £25. At last count, only 56 left. Honestly, I wonder who sets the prices on theses books. One Amazon seller wants over $450, plus $4 for shipping. And it's not like this information is sancrosanct secrets. Sheesh, what a bunch of rip-offs.
