Unlike Sal, I actually like the slightly higher gloss on the new Cooltone, cause it holds that high scale microtonality and fine detail so well.

Ummm, you left the Oxford comma out.
I do use a digital device in my photographic pursuits when necessary.
When someone rags on me for using film, I use a middle digit, upraised.

Damn, was hoping that it was going to be an HDPP-related reintroduction. I wish I were a good enough photographer to be able to use single-grade paper, MGiv covers up a lot of my mis-meterings .
Still, (re)introducing stuff is definitely a lot better than Kodak's recent following of Fuji's E6-lead, raising prices then killing lines 'due to poor sales'.
An awful lot of electrons were terribly inconvenienced in the making of this post.

A lot of my prints are on MGIV Matt with a Grade 2 filter, and I have wanted to try the Galerie graded paper for a while, so this seems perfect. I will definitely try a box.

Matte or Matt, always been my choice for a large percentage of my prints.

I'd echo that. I've used Gallerie and it was then and I assume is now a superb paper, but modern VC papers are so good and so convenient I've not printed on graded paper since the early 90s at least. Still I know there are people who will really appreciate it.

IF I were a graded user though and could only have one grade I'd rather have grade 3 than 2. It's easier to get softer results from a soft working developer than to punch up the contrast (though I suppose you could always un-selectively bleach the entire print somewhat, that might work...) At least I'd thinks so but what does a benighted VC printer like me know?

Great news, and a show of commitment that will be appreciated and rewarded by your user base.
