WTB: B+W hard filter case/box for 112mm filters (2 wanted)

Anyone out there have any filter boxes (the usual hard clamshell-type plastic ones you get with B+W or other filters)? I need two, 112mm size, for some Schneider center filters.

B&H sells them, but I don't know what the largest size is.

Thanks Leigh. I had checked B&H (even checked directly on B+W's current accessory catalog) but they don't make them big enough anymore.
