WTB: Filter cases

I'm looking for 2 hard plastic filter cases, each one large enough to fit a 112mm diameter filter. A clamshell type case such as the ones that normally come with B+W filters. Unfortunately they don't sell cases large enough for a 112mm filter anymore.
