I'll ship anywhere at cost via USPS. Except maybe Russia. The last time I shipped to Russia, it took more than 3 months to arrive >.<

What's the condition of the camera body and the lens? Maybe some photos taken with the kit?

Condition is used. But everything works. The lens is in better condition than the body. I looked through my HD and I did not find any photos. I have a few rolls, but no scanner at the moment.
