    It really is a great lens - as are all the Mamiya 6/7 lenses. But the minimum focus distances usually leave a bit to be desired if closer-up shooting is your thing. The hood on the 150 is particularly... Crappy. But it does the job. On the bright side, there are framelines for it (unlike the 43, 50 and 210).

    It's a great lens. But the DOF, wide ope, at 6 feet is only 4 inches. You just need to understand the limitations of the system. Hint: stop down a bit when shooting close in.

    have some higher res image of defect, using led torch to really make it shine, plus direct sunlight. Does not appear to be on the outer surface of the element, and its very hard to pin down exactly what is going on. Lens seems just as painfully sharp as my 65mm.
