2nd of 2 Project Cameras Today. 8X10 Rochester Optical Co. 8X10

This is the 2nd of 2 antique cameras found in the basement of an old Tonopah Nevada building. It's also been waiting at least 70 years to see the light of day!

Bellows are 'crispy critters' and good only for the pattern

I think the 8X10 back may have been original to this camera, but the studio owner of the old building we were in modified it to fit the back of a Century Studio camera, so it's small on the ROC. It would work fine with a bit of ingenuity. You can do it!!

If only these old cameras could talk, what stories of the wild west they could tell. I can just picture this camera doing round up photos for the United Cattle and Packing Co. circa 1913. It was old then. $125 + shipping of course
