FS: Leica M6 Classic 0.72 Black

This M6 Classic serial number 1744xxx indicates it was made in 1988. Viewfinder magnification: 0.72 The M6 was used when I bought it from MPEX and I have used it for the last 5 years without any problems. These M6 Classics really are a solid, very well made, and easy to use camera. The rangefinder in this M6 is clear, the frame lines distinct and the rangefinder patch bright. The shutter speeds sound good, the film advance is smooth, the frame counter works and the light meter has always been spot on.

Camera body is used as seen in photos, with rub marks and small dings on the corners and bottom plate. One of the strap protectors on the right side has been replaced by a small round piece. The inside of the body is clean. I took a lot of photos, please look them over and inquire if you have any questions.

This would be a great M6 body for someone starting out in the Leica M system. Comes with body cap and flash synch plug. Price: $775.00 shipped in the Continental US. Overseas buyers inquire on shipping.

So sad to see something I'd love for maybe the best price it will ever be, but not being able to afford it right now. Alas. Good luck with the sale and to whomever snaps this up!

+1. Knowing my luck I'll get a new piece of business with my day job after this sale clears. So it goes.
