I am selling my Rolleiflex 3.5F with the fabulous Schneider Xenotar 75mm lens.
I'd say cosmetically the camera is in fair condition. There is the type of braising you would expect from a 53 year old piece of equipment. The leather is in good shape except in some areas around the fringes. The plastic around the meter readout is cracked.
Now to the good stuff: the camera was recently overhauled by Harry Fleanor, so internally everything, including the lenses, are in excellent (or new) condition. Better yet, the camera now has the bright Maxwell split-prism focusing screen, and not the incredibly dim Rollei screen. The selenium meter was recharged, and the meter is now working (and accurate, as far as selenium meters go).
Most old cameras require a CLA to get them up and running, however this one is practically ready to shoot condition. The lens is sharp and it's tough to be disappointed about the images this guy puts out.
Again, this is not a collector's item - it's a fully functional camera and hopefully you'll enjoy using it as much as I have.
