    Leica M3, MR meter

    Very Good condition

Leica MR Meter, Calibrated and working
Fresh battery inside + extra unopened battery

    Looks and works great

Leica M3 - one of the later serial DS models
Just came back fresh from Youxin with a full CLA
Viewfinder is nice with a more than adequate contrasting patch
Aligned and with speeds all correct

Defects: Small scratches on baseplate, A tiny pinhead sized dent on the top plate, A small patch of vulcanite missing from the bottom right corner where the baseplate latches.

Photos sometime soon as my digicam ran out of batteries....

    $700usd+25usd postage

I got to play with an M9 today and while it was evil since it was not analogue, it made me lust after Leica. However, large format is calling me but I wish I could buy your kit.
Once a photographer is convinced that the camera can lie and that, strictly speaking, the vast majority of photographs are "camera lies," inasmuch as they tell only part of a story or tell it in a distorted form, half the battle is won. Once he has conceded that photography is not a "naturalistic" medium of rendition and that striving for "naturalism" in a photograph is futile, he can turn his attention to using a camera to make more effective pictures.
