Canon Canonet QL17 GIII, film tested and gorgeous

For sale today is a beautiful Canon Canonet QL 17 GIII compact rangefinder camera. With the exception of degraded foam light seals (a cheap and easy DIY fix), this camera is in excellent cosmetic, mechanical and electronic condition, with a working shutter, aperture, light meter, and automatic functions. It is a little gem. I have very recently film tested this camera, and it performed flawlessly. The light meter and rangefinder are accurate, the optics are clean and free of defects, the viewfinder and RF patch are clean and bright, focus is smooth, the chrome is bright and unmarked and the leatherette is clean and tight. I have included several high-resolution pictures so you can see for yourself how nice this camera is. There is a SSN lightly engraved on the bottom of the camera.

Asking $100 USD plus $19 for shipping and insurance. Payment by PayPal only, and shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail. Foreign buyers, please contact me for shipping rates and method.

Here is a set on flickr that I took with this camera on Memorial Day:

Certainly. As I stated, the foam seals will need to be replaced:

Other than the foam, it looks like new.

Lots of nibbles, but no bites. And this is a very good price for this camera, in this condition.

One final bump before I keep the beautiful camera. Price reduced to $90, and I won't go any lower, because that would be silly.

Last chance before it goes to eBay, $90 with free shipping to US buyers. Don't let the foam seals scare you away, it is an easy DIY fix, and Jon Goodman (interslice) sells seal kits for the Canonet on eBay for $13.
