fyi- forum software update, possibly tonight 28th (around midnight New York time)

Hi All,

I'll be upgrading the forum software from 3.6.1 to 3.6.4 (bug fixes + security updates)
It will probably take a day to prep the files, then the site will be locked out during the update procedure which I estimate will take around 15-30 minutes if all goes well.

Just an update, the upgrade is still on for tonight so I'm bumping this thread again for more exposure. The domain will be locked during the upgrade. Thanks

Forum software upgrade is now complete. Everything appears to be running fine, if anyone sees a problem please let me know. I'll keep testing and will be around for a bit.

looks like the sidebar is missing from search results/new posts pages will have a look tomorrow.

I quite like the extra space, while still having the sidebar on the 'forum' pages. Is it necessary to always have the sidebar there (I know it can be turned off, but I meant having it turned on but not coming up on every page).

Just a thought.
